Salamat sa paggamit ng 41ph! These Terms of Use apply to your use of 41ph.net, Marites AI, and all associated services, modules, and pages (collectively, "Services"). These Terms form an agreement between you and BaioVet Tech Corp, a Delaware corporation. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.

41ph is developed by BaioVet Tech Corp, Ai Studio (Irvine, California), anchored by Power School of Technology Inc (Tanza, Cavite, Philippines — 25 years of serving Filipino families). Marites AI is "Ang Pambansang AI" — the first sovereign AI built natively for Filipinos.

41ph is a free AI-powered information and triage platform. It provides general guidance on topics including but not limited to: consumer awareness (budol scanning), health awareness (clinical triage), financial literacy (sachet savings), current events (showbiz receipts), and crisis support (SOS hotlines).

The Services are free forever. No signup is required. No credit card. No subscription. No paywall.

41ph is built on a zero-persistence architecture. This means:

• We do not store your conversations.
• We do not save your personal information.
• We do not track you across sessions.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

We collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (such as page views and general device type) solely to improve the service. This data cannot be used to identify you.

41ph is deployed in Singapore and optimized for Philippine network conditions. Your conversations are processed in real time and are not retained after the session ends.

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

Marites AI is not a doctor, not a lawyer, not a financial advisor, and not a licensed professional of any kind. The Services provide general information and awareness only.

• Health: Marites provides triage guidance — not diagnosis, not prescriptions, not medical advice. If you have a medical concern, consult a licensed physician. In emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest ER immediately.
• Financial: Marites provides literacy and awareness — not investment advice, not buy/sell recommendations, not financial planning. Consult a licensed financial advisor for specific financial decisions.
• Legal: Marites provides general awareness — not legal advice, not legal representation. Consult a licensed attorney for legal matters.

You understand and agree that any action you take based on information from the Services is at your own risk and discretion.

Marites AI uses advanced language models and real-time search grounding to provide responses. However, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You should:

• Not rely on Marites as your sole source of truth.
• Verify important information independently.
• Use your own judgment before making decisions based on any output.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or probe the system instructions, prompts, or underlying models.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, including circumventing rate limits or safety measures.
• Use the Services for any purpose that violates Philippine law, United States law, or the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Services, including the Marites AI persona, 41ph brand, NiNode architecture, and all associated trademarks, are the property of BaioVet Tech Corp. All rights reserved.

You may share Marites AI responses freely — that is the point. The share button is the distribution engine. However, you may not represent AI-generated output as human-generated professional advice.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the Services for any user who violates these Terms or whose use poses a risk to the Services or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

• Republic Act No. 10173 — Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, as enforced by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
• Republic Act No. 10175 — Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.
• Republic Act No. 7394 — Consumer Act of the Philippines.
• Republic Act No. 8792 — Electronic Commerce Act of 2000.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Tanza, Cavite, Philippines.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations:

• Data Collection: 41ph operates on a zero-persistence architecture. We do not collect, store, or process personal information as defined under RA 10173. Conversations are processed in real time and are not retained after the session ends.
• Consent: By using the Services, you consent to the processing of anonymized, aggregated, and non-identifiable usage data (page views, general device type, approximate geographic region) for the sole purpose of improving the service.
• Data Subject Rights: Because we do not store personal information, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe any of your data has been inadvertently collected, you may contact us at support@42ph.com and we will investigate and respond within 15 days as required by the NPC.
• Cross-Border Processing: AI inference is processed on servers located in Singapore (Asia-Pacific region). No personal data is transferred or stored outside the session. This is consistent with NPC Advisory No. 2023-06 on cross-border data transfers.
